Group work reflection
Students produce a three to five minute video recording of themselves, reflecting on the effectiveness of their group work in the subject. The subject is about organisational behaviour and students should complete their reflection considering theories covered in the subject.

Challenges associated with this type of online assessment:
- Students can sometimes struggle with the technical skills required to record a video. Assessment rubrics should not include/assess the quality of the video recording, camera angle etc.
- Some phones and computers can create large video files which can take long times to upload. It may be worth demonstrating to students how to compress a video file with Handbrake.
