Reflection on a post-simulator experience

Students participate in a simulator class, which is followed by a month-long reflection on their experience. The group performance is sent to students as a video. Students must edit the video, produce a short video of the highlights and reflect what they learned as part of the simulation.

The video production requires critical thinking, reflection and an ability to apply the theory to their learning.
