Debate of current issue in property, involving some culture or socio-economic significance. Students work in teams of 3 for the debate and are peer assessed as well as an assessment for the team and each individual.

A major challenge is that students may be required to debate issues that might have cultural or social-economic sensitivity and this may place stress on the students. However, this is appropriate for a capstone subject.
