Associate Professor Elaine Huber

Academic Director, Business Co-Design 

University of Sydney Business School 

Elaine Huber has been designing curriculum and teaching adults for over 20 years and is currently the Academic Director of the Business Co-Design team at the University of Sydney.  This multiskilled team of 28 staff consists of educational developers, learning designers, media producers and research associates, working together with discipline staff, students and industry partners. She currently leads a $3million strategic business education project called Connected Learning at Scale and is the Chair of the Business School’s Unit of Study subcommittee which approves changes to assessment. Elaine has also led a wide range of learning and teaching communities across the sector and is highly versed in leading colleagues through educational change initiatives. She is an executive committee member of ASCILITE and co-leads the TELAS portfolio, a technology enhanced learning accreditation standards framework.

Andrew Brodzeli

Research assistant

Andrew Brodzeli (B.Sc, B.A.) is a senior research assistant at the Business School, University of Sydney. His honours thesis in political economy was awarded the university medal (2017), and since then he has taught and researched in political economy and history and philosophy of science. He is currently a postgraduate student, studying the Doctor of Medicine at the University of Sydney.

Dr Andrew Cram

Lecturer in Educational Development, Business Co-Design 

University of Sydney Business School 

Andrew Cram has over 20 years’ experience in online and digital learning, with demonstrated expertise in online assessment design, innovation and research as well as institutional leadership roles in educational technology implementation and management. His current role is Lecturer in Educational Development in the Business Co-Design team at the University of Sydney Business School, which involves collaborating with academics across the Business disciplines through educational co-design projects to improve student learning experience. Andrew contributes a breadth of digital learning experience across educational sectors, institutions and disciplines, as well as a deep understanding of the role of technology in education, spanning from the pedagogical application of technology to improve learning activity and assessment design to whole-of-institution management and leadership of online learning systems. 

Professor Lynne Harris

Head of Teaching and Learning Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand (CAANZ) 

Lynne Harris is Head of Teaching and Learning at Chartered Accountants ANZ (CA ANZ) which is a professional accrediting body and an accredited higher education provider of an online professional course. At CA ANZ Lynne chairs both the Teaching and Learning Panel responsible for advising the Education Board on teaching, learning and scholarship strategies to assure quality higher education delivery and the Examiners Panel with responsibility for oversight of assessment and examination quality and efficacy. Lynne contributes to the project team extensive experience in curriculum and assessment design, delivery and quality assurance in both the university (Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Sydney 1993-2009; currently Honorary Professor with the Faculty of Medicine and Health) and non-university sector (Australian College of Applied Psychology, Asia Pacific International College, CA ANZ). She also brings expertise in psychology, research methodology, survey development, and statistical analysis and considerable experience in cross-disciplinary and cross-institutional research. 

Corina Raduescu

Senior Lecturer in Business Information Systems

University of Sydney Business School 

Corina Raduescu is a Lecturer in Business Information Systems and Honorary Associate with the School of Biomedical Engineering. Her teaching and research focus on educational innovation and experiential interdisciplinary learning. Corina successfully led two University and School wide curriculum innovation initiatives; the development and implementation of the Bachelor of Commerce Capstone projects and Industry and Community Project units aimed to equip the 21st century graduates with skills required in today’s dynamic environments. She is currently leading a project aiming to develop sustainable online learning environments for business education.  Corina has been successful in receiving educational innovation grants and was awarded the Vice Chancellor Award for Outstanding Educational Engagement and Innovation. Corina brings expertise in qualitative and interdisciplinary research, particularly co-design approaches for addressing and evaluating the understanding of complexity, and the scalability of experiential education.  

Dr Amanda White, CA

Senior Lecturer and Deputy Head (Education) – Accounting Discipline Group

Academic Integrity Officer 

University of Technology Sydney 

Amanda White is the Deputy Head (Education) – Accounting Discipline Group at the University of Technology Sydney Business School. Her role includes oversight of the assessment processes for multiple accounting programs that are accredited by CAANZ and CPA Australia. Amanda is also a member of the Education Board for CAAANZ – providing oversight for one of Australia’s major professional accounting designations. Amanda’s dedication to student learning, authentic assessment and academic integrity was one of the reasons she was awarded the AAUT Teaching Excellence Award for Law, Business, Economics and related areas for 2020. Amanda has led teaching and learning projects in the area of online exams and assessments and is currently chairing the UTS Business School working group on academic integrity. She is at the coal face of evaluating the academic integrity challenges associated with all types of major assessment used by Business Schools. 

Professor Sue Wright 

Head of Department, Accounting Discipline

University of Technology Sydney  

Sue Wright is Professor of Accounting and has been Head of Accounting at University of Technology Sydney since 2019, with prior experience in academic leadership roles at University of Newcastle (2017-2019) and Macquarie University (1984-2017) across both accounting and finance disciplines. She has strong academic connections throughout Australia, as evidenced by the following roles. Sue is Associate Editor of Abacus and serves on editorial boards for Accounting Research Journal and Meditari. She has been a peer reviewer for the Australian Research Council’s Excellence in Research for Australia (ERA). She was Australian President of the Accounting and Finance Association of Australia and New Zealand (AFAANZ) from 2011-2013. Sue has taught a wide range of accounting and finance units and has demonstrated expertise in innovative curriculum design including assessments through several academic publications on teaching ethics. She has extensive experience in managing large, funded research projects and delivering research reports on time.  

Dr Sandris Zeivots

Lecturer in Educational Development, Business Co-Design 

University of Sydney Business School 

Sandris Zeivots is a Lecturer in Educational Development with Business Co-Design at the University of Sydney Business School. He investigates how to design and implement innovative learning experiences and assessments that are authentic, engaging and purposeful. With 10-year experience in experiential learning, Sandris explores how to design impactful learning events in higher education to strategically improve the experiences of learners through hybrid and blended learning. Prior to this, Sandris has built and enhanced education, research and learning design credentials by leading learning programs in higher education, non-government and government sectors across Australia and Europe.
